Hey! Thanks for visiting my website. I don't know what else to put here, so yeah. That's pretty much all I got. I'm sorry I'm not really good with words. It feels a bit weird to force something out, when there's nothing really to say. Uh, when I'm not painting, or writing bios about myself on my own website, I'm usually avoiding e-mail, watching TV on DVD, worrying about grammatical errors in e-mails I've just sent, or jogging for fun (for that 1 mile at the Berkeley Marina until I stop from either boredom or just plain being a pussy). I live with two cats, and a better half. I like to avoid awkward situations and talking to strangers. I don't watch horror movies, or other movies with awkward moments. I've been trying to learn how to drive, but I've only done it once cause everyone else is pretty busy, and most of my friends don't have cars. That and I don't think any of those that have cars want me driving them, since I plowed into the back of a parked RV the first time I went out. Uh, I like Moomin way too much. As well as The Magnetic Fields. And sometimes when something gets stuck in my head I can't stop talking about it, like forever. I read books really slowly cause I get distracted pretty easily. And yeah. You didn't really need to know all of that, but whatever. It's my website.

If you need more serious information about me: I show about 10 times a year, usually in group shows, but sometimes I get solo shows. I have shown work in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, San Diego, Salt Lake, Portland, Austin, Detroit, New York, and in the UK. Uh, I'm not really an illustrator (cause I only do one or two jobs a year) but I've worked with or have contributed stuff to (among other things): Chronicle Books, Giant Robot, Urban Outfitters, Fantagraphics, 826 and Nylon.

If you need to, you can email me at dethpsun (at) gmail.com. I send out a mailer from time to time. If you want to buy paintings, you should join that. Pretty much all the stuff that gets on this website is gone. So yeah. The mailer tells you when I'm having a show, and how you can get work.
